By Phone

When you call during our business hours, you will always speak with a live person. All urgent or time-sensitive matters are best handled over the phone. We also encourage you to talk with us or place your order over the phone.



By Email

During normal business hours, we generally replay to your email within 1-3 hours of receiving it, or at most within 24 hours. If you email us at any time other than our normal business hours, expect a response during the following business day. That means that emails sent on Friday evening will not be answered until the following Monday.



 

Returns

We check all orders for quality and accuracy before they are shipped. However, there may be a number of reasons why you might wish to return an item: We may have shipped the order to you in error or the item might be defective from the manufacturer. Whatever the reason, we can accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of when you receive them.



  • Merchandise received defective

    If your merchandise is defective and the package was delivered in good condition, please contact us by phone or email to get proper return authorization and return instructions. When we receive the defective merchandise, we will send a replacement immediately to you. If we no longer have the defective item in stock, we will issue a refund.


  • Merchandise shipped in error

    If we ship an item different than that which you ordered, please contact us by phone or email to get proper return authorization and return instructions. Upon receiving the item shipped in error, we will send your correct merchandise out to you. Item returned must be unopened and in resalable condition.


  • Merchandise ordered in error

    If you made an error in ordering (i.e. ordered an item for a friend who already has the item), please contact us to get proper return authorization and return instructions. Upon receiving the item we will exchange for the correct item or issue a refund. Item returned must be unopened and in resalable condition.


Contact us before returning any packages to us. Failure to do so may delay any refunds or exchanges. We inspect all merchandise that is returned to us and we will may refuse returns for abuse, neglect or frivolous claims. Remember that some items are collectible and may be limited. If we cannot replace your item, we will issue a refund.
